RECIPE TO TRY:
BAKED RASPBERRY JAM

Defrost 300g of raspberries. Preheat the oven to 150°C. Pour raspberries into a ceramic dish and 200g of sugar into another ceramic dish. Place both dishes into the oven and heat for 20-30 minutes, until the berries and sugar are hot. Pour the sugar over the berries and gently mix with a wooden spoon to preserve the shape of the berries until the sugar completely dissolves. Pour the jam into prepared jars and seal with lids. Keep in the refrigerator. Enjoy!

Lingonberry sauce for poultry. Defrost 300g of lingonberries. In a small pot, combine lingonberries and 1/4 cup of water, heat over medium heat. Stir and add 2 tablespoons of honey or sugar and a pinch of salt. Let the sauce simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the lingonberries soften and release their juices. Once the sauce reaches the desired consistency and flavour, remove the pot from the heat. Serve the lingonberry sauce alongside poultry dishes. Enjoy!
